I really enjoyed my stay here. My meal from the Restaurant downstairs was so delicious! Onsite parking. Friendly staff. My first time in Italy, so I was tipping staff with American money, which I later learned has a high conversion rate, most all vendors will not accept, sorry guys! So close to the Metro, which is great! Less than 5 mins away. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modern, balcony rooms were spacious. Very comfy beds! Free breakfast was nice, I really appreciated gluten-free options! Metro & bus stops are just around the corner. The highway is close & easy to access if you're driving anywhere.
The room was small & unclean. The staff were rude, & persisted in trying to make me pay additional hotel fees. The breakfast is very disgusting, as the several files in the hotel landed on the unsealed food. Room wasn¿t serviced & had to call to get cl
I had a super nice room with balcony, looked pretty newly refurbished to me.
Parking garage is a little bit hard to find, but with assistance of the staff no problem.

The guarantee was not successfully authorized on the credit card due to the card's daily limit. The receptionist sent us twice to the room where we could not open the door with the card because it was not possible to authorize the reservation. After that he demanded payment for all 4 nights immediately. All this could have been done with a lot more kindness from the receptionist. Staff service 0.
The towels were very low quality. Other guests had small dogs that were allowed in the breakfast area and they barked/begged for food a lot. I've never experienced this before in a hotel. They were not service animals, they were pets. Very annoying.
